Shipping Policy

ORDERS PREPARATION

​

Orders are prepared every business day, i.e. from Monday to Friday except holidays. If you pass your order on Monday, we will prepare it the day after i.e. on Tuesday. If you pass your order on Friday, we will prepare it the next Monday. 

​

DELIVERY COSTS AND DELAYS 

The orders are processed with Canada Posts. Once you validate your order, the expedition tool calculates the shipping fees and suggests different delivery options, depending on your destination (price low to high): 

​

  • CANADA

    • Regular Parcel: 2 days (Quebec) - 9 days (other provinces)

    • Xpress Post: next day (Quebec) - 2 days (other provinces)

    • Free option: in store pick-up at COTTON NOIR's studio in Montreal (ADRESS)

The delivery is FREE for any order in Canada over 150$CAD.

  • USA

    • Small Packet USA Air (small packet): 5 to 8 days

    • Tracked Paquet: 4 to 7 days, with tracking and insurance 

    • Expedited Parcel (up to 30 kilos): 4 to 7 days, with tracking and insurance

​

  • EUROPE

    • Small Packet International Air : 6 to 10 days

    • Tracked Packet International : 6 à 10 jours, with tracking and insurance

You'll receive an email with your tracking number (if you select the option with the tracking) once the packet ready to ship.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

​

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days if the product has not been worn, washed, damaged. We will ask a proof of purchase. We will keep the right to refuse the return if the product does not meet these standards.

​

  • Any return or exchange can be processed at our studio located in Montreal, or directly from home: you just need to print a return label via this link and with the following code: COMING SOON ; package your products and drop it at the Canada Posts office.

​

  • Once we'll accept the return, you will be credited on your credit card / we will send you a new product.

Please note that our promotional products and the gift cards are not exchangeable and not refundable.

CUSTOMS

COTTON NOIR is not responsible for destination country taxes and/or duty charge if incurred. You will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
